This is for our THURSDAY AFTERNOON class starting July 29th AND August 5th and running every Thursday through September 2nd / 9th

Join us in our pottery studio for a 6 week studio course, 2 hours each Thursday afternoon starting at 4:30pm, as you explore the possibilities of creating on the wheel!

Learn the basics of working with clay and jump right on the wheel to learn and practice various throwing techniques! Each student has use of a wheel for the entire class – no waiting or taking turns!

The course fee includes instruction and hands-on time, a 12.5 lb bag of clay, an apron, glazes, and bisque and glaze kiln firings. We fire our kilns every day, so you can be sure of a quick turn around!

Pottery wheel tool kits will be available for purchase at the studio for $12, as well as additional clay if needed. Students will be responsible for bringing their own tools if they decide not to purchase a kit from the studio. Additional firing fees for pieces created after the initial 12.5 lbs, will be charged per square inch. Further information will be available on the first day of class.

Age Level: 10 and up – 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
